We had been looking for a tradesman for roof restorations for 3 months, and could not find one who would come to quote. One in Nelson Bay said he needed a passport to come to our town, and didn't turn up. One in town said that he was too busy, but would come to have a look, and didn't turn up. Another one said he would come to have a look after delivering his son to school, but never showed. We also tried ringing others in vain. Mind you all of them were listed in Localsearch as locally recommended tradesmen. We were desperate until we rang Real Roof Restorations (RRR) and the man answered the phone. He was courteous and wanted to come on the day. And he did! He spent an hour inspecting and explaining to us what should be done. He quoted us a price for the job on the spot. We were pleased to accept without hesitation. So he started the job two weeks later as he said he would. He informed us all the way what he was doing, and gave us the peace of mind that things were OK. He respected our privacy while he was on the job. The job was done to our satisfaction.
