The diverse ecology of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, is my inspiration to create mainly mixed medium expressionistic work using mark-making as a means of conveying the sensitivity of the work. My career has been in Marketing and Advertising working Internationally. After emigrating to Australia 16 years ago whilst working as a Business Consultant I studied Visual Art part-time. After several years of formal studies my career evolved into a full time occupation - furthering studies in ceramics, print-making and life drawing. A home to come hold and see in person the magic I create. Situated on the beautiful Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. The Birdcatcher Gallery is brimming with creations that I have made myself. I sell signed copies of my poetry books and I also create ceramics with my poems inscribed in them. There are magical fairies and abstract art that is bright and beautiful. What I make is unique and comes from my heart.
