The Hunter Arts Network, better known as HAN, is the peak professional body for the Visual Arts, Craft & Design sectors in the Hunter region. and is a membership based organisation funded by membership fees and sponsorship from Moray & Agnew Lawyers. To represent, promote and develop visual arts, crafts and design with an emphasis on professional practitioners. Our key objectives are Four Seasonal Art Bazaars, Advocate on behalf of members, Promote communication and collaboration between visual arts, crafts and design groups in the Hunter, Promote members' work to established and emerging markets via the website, EDM, social media & Art Bazaar, Provide professional development and educational services to members, Maintain organisational strength and relevance and Ensure traditional and contemporary media are represented.

ReMake Creative Resource Centre Inc is working to lighten the load on our planets resources - by ReMaking! We provide education, training and development opportunities for the Newcastle community through the effective recovery and creative reuse of business waste materials. That's right we are changing people's attitude towards waste. And our mission is to divert as much waste from landfill as we can by collecting clean, reuseable materials from businesses and industry, to provide them at low cost to the community to �ReMake' them into brilliant works of art. ReMake CRC Inc is a not for profit organisation catering to the creative desires of the Newcastle Community. We obtain weird and wonderful reusable waste materials from local businesses for the community to use for their creative and artistic pursuits. We also host workshops on varying art and sustainability topics as well as providing employment and training for those wanting to get creative and learn. We will collect clean, safe and non-toxic reusable materials from your business free of charge. Save your business money by reducing your waste disposal and transfer costs. Current donors include cafes, real estates, manufacturers, printers, natural therapists, offices, architects, designers, upholsterers, hotels and more.
