The diverse ecology of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, is my inspiration to create mainly mixed medium expressionistic work using mark-making as a means of conveying the sensitivity of the work. My career has been in Marketing and Advertising working Internationally. After emigrating to Australia 16 years ago whilst working as a Business Consultant I studied Visual Art part-time. After several years of formal studies my career evolved into a full time occupation - furthering studies in ceramics, print-making and life drawing. Wagtail Yarns are growers and processors of fine kid mohair. Angora goats are grown on the farm, mohair is shorn, spun and dyed. Knitted mohair garments are also produced by Wagtail Yarns.
