My philosophy for practice is deeply embedded in the offerings and callings of the natural environment. By connecting into the ever present and available living Earth all human beings have the opportunity to reconnect to their innate essence of self understanding, wildness and infinite beauty. I wholeheartedly believe and trust that there isn’t anything wrong with us and we can reconnect to our wild untamed selves. Our focus therefore needs to go out into the natural environment and the conditions in which a person is living. When the conditions are right, transformation and aliveness becomes effortless and from this place we can flourish and live wildly.

I believe that everyone has the desire and the capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential and that they are the experts on their own lives. Therefore I work with people to help them understand themselves more fully and to find their own inner resources. With greater self awareness and trust in yourself, you will be able to make constructive changes, leading to a more satisfying and meaningful life.

Inner Balance Sanctuary is a beautiful, peaceful healing sanctuary surrounded by nature. Raised up on the hills overlooking lush gardens, bali hut, open skies and the ocean, this tranquil space offers time out and a place to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. A perfect place for Yoga classes, Kirtan (chanting), and meditation. Healing therapies offered here include Acupuncture, Remedial massage, intuitive massage, Hawaiian Bodywork, Chinese Acupressure and Hot Stone Therapy. This beautiful space is also available for accommodation, spa packages and personalised retreats. Regular Transformational Women's Weekend Retreats include yoga, meditation, sound healing, nature walks, art therapy and workshops.
