Creative Reflections provides high quality mental health support through art therapy. Art therapy is a discipline of psychotherapy, utilising artistic mediums like painting, drawing, sculpting, weaving, collage, and even scribbling to help patients process emotions and promote self-expression. Creative Reflections provides art therapy services to private & NDIS clients, throughout Lake Macquarie, Newcastle & the Hunter.

Jenny, at The Centre For Clarity is a qualified Kinesiologist, Counsellor, Art Therapist and Intuitive Healer. She uses her skills in these areas to personalise her treatment to meet the individual needs of her clients. The Centre also provides group therapy (Art), courses, meditation and psychic readings. You will find us on the main road within the main shopping centre at Boolaroo which is minutes from the foreshores of Lake Macquarie and Warners Bay and an easy drive to Newcastle. There is plenty of free on street parking.
