Creative Arts Therapy provides Northern Rivers counselling services with the help of art. We focus on healing and support through the use of art forms such as painting, drawing, collage, movement and clay work. Creative art therapy offers insight into thoughts, emotions and feelings.

Raised up on the hills overlooking lush gardens, bali hut, open skies and the ocean, this tranquil space offers time out and a place to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. Our focus therefore needs to go out into the natural environment and the conditions in which a person is living.
