Our design team is made up of Martin O'Toole and Andrew Lowden, graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in 1996 with honours. Our team approach to design encourages our clients to participate throughout the design process. During this process we explore as many lateral design solutions as possible to reflect our clients individuality and to produce exciting, functional and unique designs. Design philosophy... We can design the custom design home to suit your requirements as well as any Council guidelines. We have been operating in the Lake Macquarie & Newcastle region since 2009 and in Sydney before that, so our experience with their Council's Development Control Plans (DCP) is unsurpassed. Our fees can be based on hourly rates or by project. We never overcharge. We never go over budget. And we often exceed clients' expectations.
