We can design the custom design home to suit your requirements as well as any Council guidelines. We have been operating in the Lake Macquarie & Newcastle region since 2009 and in Sydney before that, so our experience with their Council's Development Control Plans (DCP) is unsurpassed. Our fees can be based on hourly rates or by project. We never overcharge. We never go over budget. And we often exceed clients' expectations. Lewis and Zwart Architecture is a Newcastle based Architectural company that was formed in 2012 by Abigail Lewis and Troy Zwart. We have over 30 years of combined experience and have helped deliver a wide range of projects. Our residential projects have ranged from small alterations and additions to large custom designed houses and medium density multi-unit developments. We also have experience in commercial, educational, institutional and medical projects including office fit-outs, community and school libraries and community sporting facilities.
