Aqua aerobics and swimming classes for young and old alike are offered at the Alice Springs Aquatic & Leisure Centre, and our pool facilities are heated and undercover. The swim coaching programs offered at our Alice Springs pool centre cater to children, teenagers and adults. Special needs swimming lessons are also offered at our location, and our pools are equipped with access ramps. We offer heated water 12 months of the year with Tweed Heads South and Murwillumbah being fully indoors. The team at TRAC are the leaders in providing quality lessons in learn to swim. Our learn-to-swim programme is accredited by both Austswim and Swim Australia. We offer programmes such as deep water running, gentle aqua exercise, aquaerobics and yoga. In Murwillumbah, we also offer a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool to assist those with disabilities, injury or degenerative conditions.
