We offer heated water 12 months of the year with Tweed Heads South and Murwillumbah being fully indoors. The team at TRAC are the leaders in providing quality lessons in learn to swim. Our learn-to-swim programme is accredited by both Austswim and Swim Australia. We offer programmes such as deep water running, gentle aqua exercise, aquaerobics and yoga. In Murwillumbah, we also offer a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool to assist those with disabilities, injury or degenerative conditions. We offer a broad range of swimming squads across all pools and pride ourselves on delivering a quality service to the community. All pools are maintained to NSW Health Department standards and are endorsed by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia. So much more than just swimming.

What a great maintained place to cool down on a hot day. The swimming pool was so wonderful to just cool down in but for those with young children there was a incredible water park area. The gentleman who was managing the pool was wonderful. He really seemed to take pride in his work. Great job!!
