The service provided across a number of purchases in different departments so exceptional with sales staff taking the time and effort to find out what we needed products to do and on what surfaces. This meant we ended up with the products that best suited the purpose and meet our needs. The products have worked extremely well and have been used several times a week since purchased. Jackie Ryan is an outstanding salesperson. Jackie always goes above and beyond to help with the initial purchase and after sales support for warranty claims etc. Jackie recently helped me with a new iPad Fault I had just received from Optus on a new plan. Last month my husbands $4k computer failed and Jackie source and had a new one sorted from the extra care warranty we purchased .. We only ever shop at Joyce Mayne for purchases and Optus plans as we know and trust for giving us the best deal, service and support.

Hi, Just wanted to say a huge thank you, to Big Dave for his help in selecting the furniture. I love, love, love, love the Henley range! He couldn't have done more for me, (except make a coffee :-), arranged delivery and organised help with assembly. Fabulous support each time I have needed it. I purchased a Garmin HR from this store last year. The salesman was a chap called Garth. He was very helpful with both the purchase and a couple of queries I had a day or so later. Last October I had problems and Garmin support couldn't assist me over the phone, but a lass called Heidi sorted it out for me in the store. On Easter Saturday I had the Garmin replaced due to a physical fault in the band. When I simply could not get the bluetooth function to connect and Garmin office wasn't available I once again trundled down to the local store. It did take a bit of time but a wonderful lass called Bella eventually got it sorted for me. The after sales service at this store is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in this city over many many years. This elderly person thanks your staff very much, and I will keep spreading the word and purchasing at this store
