Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our washing machine sat in their work shop for two weeks before anyone realised that the part had not been ordered. Contacted manager for explanation. Was simply told 'can't turn back time' and lowering the cost of our repairs due to the inconvenience incurred was not an option. Three weeks after taking our machine in we received the invoice in the mail. It was posted on Friday the 22nd of May. No one had contacted us to inform us that a machine was ready to be picked up. More time gone without our washing machine. Will not use this company ever again
