After sending a email without getting a response I decided to visit the office. I took my problem with me (a Gerni) thinking it wasn't working and maybe a fuse had blown. It was tested by a serviceman and he found nothing wrong with it. (Must have been my power outlet?) No charge for my stupidity either!
My old Pioneer CD player would not work properly. A responder to a Facebook enquiry suggested Forster Electronics. I am happy to report that Roy had the problem fixed within a week at a very fair price including pickup and return and 6 months warranty. Highly recommended.
