Good Company The sales /quoting process was done by Steve, very easy to talk to, genuine, explanatory, informative, Polite and didn't try to sell more than we needed. Installation went fine and Mick and the boys were efficient, and polite. Competitive price. Happy with the Installation The follow up by Steve was also great.

Click Control SystemsA Shout out to Aidan for outstanding Customer service. He went up and above in supporting our shopping experience. Also a thank you to Nathan who also was very helpful in saving us money and explaining to us with our Telstra account. One down side was a staff member (unfortunately did not get his name) who was very unhelpful with attitude that cost the Good guys a sale of $600. Needs to support customers with patience and respect. Vicky
