Called them out for a broken dishwasher as they were the recommended repairer for the brand that I own. The technician said that they received an email 20 minutes before he arrived, informing them that there was no way to order any parts for the machine if required. A simple phone call to state this and cancel the appointment would have made sense, rather than attend and charge $99 for doing nothing at all. Honestly expected better from a professional company.
Tom came out today after another company was unsuccessful in diagnosing and fixing an issue with our air conditioners.
