What a champion bloke Patrick is did not knowing before Monday morning call him at 8 o’clock. He was here at 12 o’clock doesn’t get much better than that. he bought the right part, fixed it and was on his way.

Fantastic experience with Patrick. After having problems with my dishwasher I called out multiple technicians who just could not get it right. After contacting Patrick he diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up with the correct parts and it was fixed first go. I highly recommend Patrick and he will be my first contact next time my appliances break down.

My response is that I believe there would be much more to this story than what has been said. I have been working for Keith for 5 years and only known this company to be honorable with its business dealings. Keith bends over backwards to accommodate any customers complaints. Had he directly contacted Keith I believe this issue would have been sorted. With it being anonymous it is hard to contact this person to review the situation which is normally what would be our next move.

Called Kieran to see if it was worth fixing my Blanco dishwasher, it wouldn’t stop draining. Kieran arrived at my house later that day on time and quickly found excess water in the bottom of my dishwasher that was causing the issue, he cleared the water out and checked to make sure everything else was in order, he then put it back together and now it’s working like new again. Can’t get much better service than that! I definitely recommend Applicance Guru Goldcoast to everyone.
