Fantastic experience with Patrick. After having problems with my dishwasher I called out multiple technicians who just could not get it right. After contacting Patrick he diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up with the correct parts and it was fixed first go. I think the true test of service is what happens when something goes wrong. We needed to have some fridge and freezer seals replaced, and AAA came out and did the business. However, when the freezer was still frosting up, and we noticed that the top of the seal wasn't attaching to the freezer, AAA showed a distinct lack of interest in coming back out to fix the job. Not good enough, and turned what was initially a positive experience into a negative one.
