Honest, great service and really helpful. I called from Newcastle wanting assistance deciding whether my washing machine could be saved or should be retired. Tony doesn't service the Newcastle area but he was willing to give me his advice anyway. He asked me some questions, diagnosed the problem over the phone and then told me how to fix the machine and in doing so saved me about $300-400 in repairs. Highly recommend ASAP Appliance Service & Sales!
