Even though they couldn’t help me because they don’t do my brand, they were very friendly and helpful.

Generally I have had no problem with this company in the past. This time vastly difference experience. I was told they had the part in stock and that they needed the drier In their workshop to complete the changeout of the brushes and clean. So I booked in a time that suited them (and foolishly made the assumption it would be done within a couple of days since they had the parts.). Collected February 1st. I rang February 8 and was told it was not started as the tech was out on a bigger job. I rang back on the 10th and was told it had not been started. I rang back today to see how it was progressing on to find it has finished, but they cannot deliver it back until February 16. Before you get this mob to do anything, Get a firm finishing date. The phone manner of a few of the staff members was such that they were not too concerned with the inconvenience. Add to that, if I had a way to collect the item, I could get it back myself. I bet they expect a quick payment for their service.

Great to deal with. Really know catering equipment. Good pricing.

Richard cane out and fixed my hot water system in about 10 minutes. Lovely local man who is quick and affordable.
