The building is a little older than others around but still nice and clean, comfy, beds and pillows, fox tv and secure. Also offer undercover parking and has great views! Only negative is the flight path that goes overhead but guessing most of Cairns waterfront gets that! Great value for money.

This is very well located on the main esplanade with spectacular views over the ocean. We were very lucky to be upgraded to one of the penthouse apartments for our two night stay. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, well decorated with a huge roof terrace for outside eating. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We were in a two-bedroom apartment for a week and had the most enjoyable stay. The apartment was spotless, well stocked and comfortable. It was handy having a full size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer especially since we were staying for an extended period. We loved the balcony which overlooked the esplanade and also by the pool amidst the tropical gardens. The managers were friendly and very accommodating. If we're back in Cairns, we'll be staying here again.

This place is perfectly well situated, it's just far enough from the loud downtown of you need a quiet rest, and an excellent view right in front of the Esplanade. Super cozy, clean and elegant, the apartments offer everything you need, including laundry services. Good fit couple, friends and families. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are beautiful and do have a bath. Kitchens have everything as well, oven and dishwasher included. The price is great value. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Best place to stay in Cairns!

Our second visit to the Waterfront Terraces. We stayed here for 3 weeks in a two bedroom apartment with our son. It was very comfortable, they offer free Wifi and Foxtel. They have a great pool and has lovely views. Undercover parking also available. A nice and quiet position about 1.5klms from centre of Cairns, an easy walk along the esplanade into Cairns.

I absolutely loved Villa Paradiso. It was beautiful from the moment we arrived. The apartment was amazing and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also had everything required to cook a meal for the family if you wanted to stay in, or you could take a leisurely stroll to many lovely restaurants. The sound of the waves at the beach which was just across the road was a nice touch. It's literally only minutes from the beach! I'm already planning my next stay at Villa Paradiso!

Such a lovely relaxing rural break. Total contrast to the coast and The Daintree. Like Bowral but in FNQ! Clean and spacious place, friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere.
