truly the worst trade experience we had . we had written instuctions to change door hardware . they did the wrong doors and damaged them . they were unapologetic . we paid again to get the correct doors done . the second time still not complete and very poorly done . despite paying for marine grade stainless steel the handles are rusting after 3 months . have spent over a year chasing them

We have been disillusioned by tradesman these last few years however Lex has redeemed our faith in good old fashioned service, professionalism, fair pricing and quality of workmanship. We had fly screens installed when we built our house over 10 years ago and they were hopeless right from the start. Less than a year ago we felt we had enough of the screeching of the screens on the tracks, how easi,y the doors fell off the tracks and the fact that flies and insects would easily fly in and out in large numbers. We had them replaced for a substantial amount of money. As it turned out, they were exactly the same as the ones we were replacing and all that we had achieved was to be thousands of dollars out of pocket. Frustrated, we rang Lex but this time we had found someone who knew how to offer a top class product, with top class service and we will certainly be recommending Lex with absolutely no hesitation.

Just a short thanks to the beautiful roller blinds we had made for our new home windows, custom made to size, reasonably priced, was able to match colours with the home, look great and lets no light in!!
