GOLD COAST ... I want to give them 0. They are terrible. I had lost an item in the cab. Driver reported it as found. I have contacted the company at least five times. Each time they say the driver cannot be contacted because he is working and the like. Ok, so the operator has left a message with said driver to make contact. No contact from this person whatsoever. I have left my mobile, my email and my postal address. What a Mickey Mouse outfit. No proper process in place. The company should be liable for this. I have sent two complaint emails. Again, no reply. What if I was Scott Morrison or someone important. Sure I would get my property back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
