I had booked with these guys to take me home from Sydney international to Newcastle. The pickup time was between 6 and 6:30am. I waited ... and waited ...
Nobody arrived, so I phoned them but it kept going to voicemail.
Finally, at 6:54am the driver phoned and said he was just hitting the twin service stations at Wyong.
I took the train. The manager Tom called me and told me to blame the "minister for roads". I said I could appreciate if they had traffic delays but they surely could have communicated when they knew there would be a delay, and most everyone will understand provided they actually tell people! He swore at me and hung up. They clearly don't value repeat business!
