Asked for a quote - took a while to get it but it was VERY detailed but too late to action and expensive. We didn't use the cleaners so i cant comment on their cleaning.

I have stage 4 Ovarian Cancer and going into 3rd lot of Chemo in 2 yrs. I had commonwealth's support 4hrs a week for 2 yrs. I go into hospital 14th for op and 4hrs chemo back Tuesday night and had 4 hrs for Wednesday Thursday. Because I signed my package to another provider yesterday they cut the hrs without telling me. I said they don't start till 22nd and so you are going to leave me without anyone after coming out of hospital. Instead of 4hrs I will get 12hrs for the same package.

couldnt tell me if a franchisee in my area could even call me back or not. suggested i call other cleaning businesses in case they didnt call me. terrible customer service
