Great customer service, would highly recommend them, the young man that put our air-conditing in did a fantastic job when he put the unit out side, the only instructions I gave him was to put it up high, he picked the perfect spot, it's hard to find people that care and wack in anywhere, not this company they put a lot of thought and have pride with there jobs, extremely friendly and helpful, Thank you sapphire city solar great job .5star Plus
