I called Elliot and the Thermal Air team because my wife was b$tching and moaning about the AC not working. The Thermal Team cam to my rescue a day after I called them. They were prompt, professional and friendly lads diagnosing my AC (RIP) within 30 minutes. With mutual eye contact and a nod of the head, the boys ordered our new system and installed it the next week. The way these guys worked as a team was seamless.
