At last, we now have home with a first-class split system air conditioning unit. We were very pleased with the professionalism of Simon and his team who installed the Daikin L series, which Simon calculated would best suit the home.
We experienced very poor service by Masons and cannot recommend this business to those that have or want an expensive ducted aircond system. We req. a Toshiba warranty inspection which was deemed the fault of installation, not the unit itself. Maisons then charged us to attend (which they didn't inform us before hand) then quoted the repair of the poorly installed unit, not informing the same problem would occur again. The installation needs much more remedial work instead of Masons' quick and short term fix which would still cost $2300 . We also queried Masons bill to inspect too and were threatened and an additional 10% added to the bill each week (3 weeks in total) as we tried to sort out contrary advice by the installer and to work through warranties and dispute processes. Very confusing time for us and Masons just added to our stress with poor communication and bad service.
Ive just moved to Ravensbourne from Brisbane and needed to do a load of washing. Kelvin talked through the solution with my husband over the phone to save us expense and time.
