I would like to tell management that this morning I had a very positive experience with East Coast Air. The technician Josh arrived right on time at 7.30am and was able to fix the damage a mouse had done to the internals of the air conditioner. I contracted Entire Trades for a disconnect/Reconnect of my power lines to allow scaffolding for painting. They worked in with the other tasks so that I only lost power for the shortest time and gave an excellent service. Every step of the process was handled politely and efficiently with the greatest cooperation. I highly recommend them.

Being a tenant in a rental property and lost the Daikin split system 4 weeks ago I cannot appreciate the crew at Precision Air more! They are life savers. Olivia on the office phone was lovely to deal with on 4-5 separate occasions, all the guys who came all the way to Maitland area multiple times were top notch every time. Cory went above and beyond to make sure he left my house with a working air conditioner and called to make sure the unit stuck it out before traveling back to central coast. The advice that all the techs provided for air conditioning choices when we finish building our house was brilliant and I commend everyone's performance at Precision!
