What a joke..I have been waiting for a delivery from rockhampton depot to emu park for over 7 days now. My parcel is sitting there but they need to launch an inquiry as to why it hasn't been delivered yet (that was 3 days ago and still nothing). I will be contacting the large Australian company that I bought this item from and advising them that using Toll does not compliment their fantastic customer service.
