Absolutely disgusted, service is at its lowest, Had a parcel delivered at a neighbours address, clearly marked address on delivery and residential, useless courier, And my recent time, Parcel couldnt be delivered as ran out of time, courier would have driven past my adress twice as i am on the highway. Rang depot after three days to ask of it whereabouts. And parcel was still at the depot where it was taken back. When i asked why that was, Lady on the other end of the call The Driver must have forgotten to put it on board. As she chuckled, and quoted "You know what these young ones are like" I got my husband to drive 60ks return and collect my parcel. As i was over their delivery service.😡
