We personally meet with all nurses before signing them to our agency. All of our staff undergo Federal Police checks, registration checks and pre-employment screening before we sign them to Nurses Now, ensuring they are capable to hit the ground running once in your workplace or home. They receive Nurses Now shirts and identification tags and are given strict guidelines in terms of dress and grooming. You can rest assured that all of our nurses are professional, efficient and friendly. Nurses Now provide quarterly training and education workshops, guaranteeing that our staff update their skills. We carry out monthly performance assessments and all staff employed through us have workers compensation and indemnity insurance.
