We believe that for a large proportion of ageing residents some form of dementia is quite common. Most are able to be cared for within the general high and low care environment with only minimal interventions required, which are "tailored" to suit the individual. All areas have been designed to be dementia friendly, with tactile walls, gardens, pets, and activity rooms for craft. All rooms are specifically designed to incorporate modern technology to monitor residents without invading their privacy.
