NoosaCare Inc provides aged care accommodation and has provided high quality residential care to the Noosa and Sunshine Coast districts, Queensland, for many years. Carramar in Tewantin, and Kabara in Cooroy, amalgamated in July 2006 under the name of NoosaCare Inc. As community based non-profit centres, Carramar & Kabara have set the standard and developed an excellent model for services attuned to the special needs of our residents. Katie Rose Cottage Hospice is a not-for-profit, accredited 24/7 palliative care service, for those facing terminal illnesses in the community. We are a team filled with volunteers who are dedicated and giving their time for those in needs. Advance care planning, the process of planning your health care for the future allowing people to understand how you will like to treated or not if you became injured or ill. This care is mainly for older people, it gives you an opportunity to make your care a personal preference. Our Op Shops are located in Tewantin, Noosaville (Warehouse), Cooroy and Maroochydore. We accept donations in good/sellable condition and therefore sell good quality items all of which go towards raising money to fund 24/7 nursing care at the Hospice.
