However I could not proceed with my review because I use the word ‘legal’, which was considered as inappropriate for some weird reasons. I explained the situation via email. Tori Rey replied and managed to help me fast tracked (as I need to do the review quickly) to get the word ‘legal’ to be accepted as appropriate word included for review. I would just like to inform Local Directories (LocalSearch) what a "A breath of fresh air" it has been to deal with Local Directories staff in comparison with our previous supplier. From our initial contact, every staff member has been polite and helpful. On each occasion when we have contacted, I have been put through to an appropriate staff member who can assist me with my enquiry and who communicates well and clearly. Staff have been accommodating when we have asked to move a logo for example, and our previous experiences have not been reflective of these behaviours. Congratulations and keep up the good work!
