From the first session, everything was clear, structured and focused on getting me back to full function, not just “feeling better”. Kirsty took the time to properly assess everything and explain the plan, which gave me a lot of confidence early on. Rehab was challenging in a good way and progressed each week so I always felt like I was moving forward. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the focus on strength and performance, not just basic rehab. I’m now back to training and feeling stronger and more confident in my knee than I expected. If you’re dealing with an ACL injury and want to do it properly, this is the place to go.
