I contacted Great Barriers Security and Privacy for a quote on a screen door, and once they had viewed my request, Shay booked an appointment to come out and do a measure and quote. Other operators did not even bother to suggest a measure, and just provided a standard quote for a non-standard door. On arrival at the business Kaleb the technician was friendly, well mannered and straight into the job. As the problem couldn't be solved we weren't charged for their time.
