The staff and service always excellent, they always go above and beyond. Free testing on pool water and never push any overpriced, un-needed products like some other stores. They have a huge range of products at a decent price and always willing to help. Highly recommended coming to this place for all your pool requirements.

Bought a new spa from these guys recently and the service was outstanding. I could see that Tamara was excited about the products and full of knowledge. She wasn't your usual boring salesperson. Any technical questions I had were answered by Mark. All this made me excited to buy from them and they didn't let me down. Kept me informed throughout the build process and delivered when they said they would. The spa itself has exceeded my expectations.

I have only ever dealt with Captain Nemos for my pool needs, and they have always been great. Had a massive issue with my pool after all that rain and I want to thank Luke so very very much for helping me get it back to looking beautiful. Our pool pump broke and the pool was a mess. We bought a pool pump. Very affordable, very friendly service! They came out and installed and fixed the mess same day :)
