Just been to A1 Autos with my 2013 Navara.
The standard suspension had given up the ghost.
Was met by Nick on the front counter who was more than helpful with options and advice.
Had full suspension replaced which is what I wanted to start with at a very competitive price, and in a tight timeframe as I was only in Tweed Heads
Nick called once to update and inform of any issues, which I believe is good customer relations.
Not going in to any ugly or unexpected surprises.
The staff and especially Nick were very friendly and professional.
Could not recommend them enough.
He serviced my transmission less than 3 months ago.
Yesterday it would not select reverse and wouldn't come out of 2nd gear.
I limped it back to him only for him to say, it's broken and I'll need over $5000+ to repair it, but can't do it until next year.
He not once checked the OBDII scan tool for probable faults, just kept saying 5k 5k 5k mate.
I had a mechanic check the computer only to find simple solenoid faults and dirty transmission fluid.
He asked if Burleigh Autos flushed the transmission fluid or diagnosed any faults at time of service.
Nothing, other than a small amount of clutch dust in the pan, which he said was normal!!!
