I ordered my dress and it is at TNT somewhere in Cairns. They called and said that they have my dress but didn't give me a address which at the time was fine but it's a lot harder to find on google. They said that their location is across from the post office but my dad went into Cairns today looking around for it but couldn't find it. Bad service! I need my dress now!

I was home at time of delivery but had card left in letterbox. This was on Friday and now I am told it won't be redelivered until following Tuesday. Why can't the local phone number of the depot be available instead of having to ring national one?

My expectation was that a pallet of shelving would be delivered by a truck. Instead, 350 kg of shelving was taken off the pallet, thrown loosely into the back of a VAN and driven up the Herberton Range! Pieces arrived damaged, unsecured and without order. Very difficult to contact the depot in Cairns. When contact was made, no responsibility taken by either TNT or the local courier to whom the job was given. Thumbs down TNT for your poor service.
Unknown location of parcel!?

After missing delivery, the driver has taken it apon himself to give approval of my parcel to be left at a TNT agent!! To which no address or phone, no for said 'agent' was left for me to collect it. And like other reviews have said, good luck in finding an actual person to speak to! Can't even find a TNT express local depot in Cairns. The name of the 'agent' wasn't even correct, and was only found after assuming it was left at the local 'newsagent'.
