Highly recommend this business. From the friendly helpful service from the lovely lady in reception to the lads that sorted our 12volt plug in twin socket plus replacement of the maxi-fuse and holder. Very reasonable price as well.

Needed assistance with the indicators on my Isuzu MUX, and when I called into the office, I was greeted by a very helpful young lady who was sympathetic with my problem. After speaking with a workman out the back, she said he would stop what job he was doing and assist me. How about that for service, and I'm a Victorian and not even a local! Will be a pleasure to spread the word up and down the Eastern seaboard to fellow "Grey Nomads" about the terrific service we received at Tim Warren Autos.

Problems with auxiliary battery and main battery not keeping charge. Tim checks the car and quickly identified the main battery was dying and because the auxiliary battery was not properly isolated , it was keeping the main battery going, to the detriment of the auxiliary. Battery management sorted and new battery installed within the hour. Excellent result for us. Great customer service. Thank you.

Wow, 100% recommend this business. Stuffed RedArc solenoid used to run fridge in caravan. Dropped in to see if auto electrician could confirm it had “passed away”. Even though they were flat out with other pre booked jobs, happily checked it out, confirmed it was stuffed, AND replaced the solenoid there and then. I know that when a business supplying a repair service is extremely busy that it is not always possible to assist a drop in problem, but many businesses could take a leaf out of the public relations expertise and customer friendliness that I experienced at Tim Warren Auto Airconditioning & Electrical Bowen.

Great friendly service and quality work. They are the first point of call for us on a personal level and now on a business level.

Had problems with solar panels on a caravan in park. Tim came around when he was extremely busy, checked and found panel was broken. He replaced with a new one at short notice and rewired it in. He had to come to van park a couple of times to get it running correctly and even offered to come out on the weekend if it wasn't charging. Would give this business 10 out of 10. Well done and also well priced.

Have been dealing with these guys for many years and as a motor mechanic operating my own business, I need quality results. Tim Warren Auto team have gone out of there way to help out. Plenty out there say they can but this business are specialists in their field.
