Tarraray Pet Retreat

I would not recommend here in a FIT. Unfriendly lady who had no care, nor interest in our dogs. She didn’t acknowledge them or even ask their names or history. They left the venue damp stressed, unhappy and outrageously thirsty. They drank over 3 litres of water. They cried to get in the car to leave and are very clingy. The room they were in was like a cell. Would not recommend

Scott and Bec at Tarraray have proven to us that they have all the pets in their care as an utmost priority. Would definitely recommend this as a great place for your pet to be minded in a professional and safe manner. Well done guys. All the best

I've had an excellent experience at Tarraray. My 11kg cattle dog cross is timid, not a great eater and does not like all other dogs or people. Bec was great. Fred stayed for 2 weeks and I arrived a day early without notice to pick her up on a Sunday. My dog was in perfect condition and she loves Bec. I went back the next day to pick up a ball with my dog and she was happy to return and see Bec.

Would not recommend!! After 4 nights my dog came home skinny, exhausted & dehydrated. She was filthy & smelt of urine. There are so many dogs there I don’t think they have time to care that much.. they seemed flat out. I was not happy with the care & would not take my dog back.

Bec & Scott offered to transport our new puppy when no one else could. They were helpful & kept communicating their whereabouts regularly whilst traveling with our pup. Thanks so much for getting him to his new home safely!

I left my cat there over the weekend as I had to go away and I came back to her expecting her to be really happy and have had a good time when really she kept hiding scared shitless and hissing at the two free ranged cats that where trying to get in her room I am disappointed that there was no control of the other cats and there was no door for her to have some quiet time the staff where playing loud music and but the only positive was the set up was good but it made me wonder about whether or not I have been lied to I think next time I need to go away I think I’m going to just find a pet friendly hotel and I’m just gonna keep my cat with me so I’m sorry for the bad review but it’s a no from me

Bec and her team are amazing, hesitant to leave our Puppy for the first time but our Princess Leia just loved her time spent there. Will definitely being using there services again.

We couldnt be happier with the service provided by Tarraray staff. Our 2 dogs were in great condition and looked relaxed and happy after their first ever stay in any dog retreat. The staff answered our email enquires promptly during their 2 week stay. We were more anxious than our canine kids. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Floki our Groodle is a long term client of Tararray Pet Retreat. He loves every moment he spends there. I really can't speak highly enough of how well they look after him and treat him as one of their own. Drags me from my car every morning to get to play with his best friend Cookie. Tarraray Pet Retreat is a very caring and professional pet holiday resort which the pets absolutely love. Highly recommend for anyone with animals in the Coffs Harbour area.
