For the bride's big occasion, we have a dedicated private room called 'The Chandelier Room' for the bridal party. Formal hairstyles are only one part of the treat in this room. Formal hairstyles are also available at any time, so make sure you make an appointment if there's another special occasion coming up in your diary. Hair extensions, using tape, is a specialty. Along with GHD hair straightening, we also offer chemical straightening. Facial waxing, handled discreetly and with minimal discomfort, is also available. The service is ok , just booking is not always correct . I booked the hairdresser I was using and when I arrive to my appointment the other hairdresser was booked for me . It was very unpleasant situation to me . I didn’t understand how is happened, wasn’t nice impression 😒

As a visitor to Hervey Bay Summer Jade seamed to be a great choice of salon to have my Warm blonde regrowth done. The ladies were so very friendly. Unfortunately friendliness. Does not guarantee happy results. My hair was done by the owner of the business. I was happy to not have my hair dried at the salon and leave with it wet. Once it had dried at home I was devastated to see the regrowth darker than my original regrowth , NOT BLONDE. A dark ash colour. I was so upset all I could do was phone them with feedback with my unhappiness of the result. The apprentice I spoke to was so lovely and apologetic. I had said I didnt want to speak to the owner as I was too upset. I am now sourcing ways ( and more $$) to have my hair fixed.
