Decided to get some foils while on holiday (with little else to do in the rain) & was so pleased I did. From the moment I walked in I felt really comfortable. Lovely Annabelle gave me some excellent advice on blending colours and I couldn't have been happier with the result and service. LOVED the reclining chairs at the basin- 1st time I've not had a headache after getting my hair shampooed! Highly recommended!

I had a lovely experience today in Scruples. Jasmine greeted me with a professional approach. I am a hairdresser so we are the worst clients. Jasmine took me to I was greeted by Jasmine at reception. I straight away knew that she was a professional hairdresser. I am a hairdresser and believe me we are the worst clients. Jasmine proceeded to consult with me about my hair cut. I was so impressed with her confidence. My experience from then on was only positive. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Jasmine.

Going back to Scruples after a few years absence was like going to visit an old friend. Sandra cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and she even remembered that I had a few fizzy bits here and there. I left feeling much better about myself with my new bob and won’t be going anywhere else from here on..All of the girls are friendly and helpful and it’s nice to see smiling eyes behind those awful but necessary masks
