As per the other reviews below - terrible customer service. Ordered a new garage door key, was advised they would contact me when complete, on ringing after 2 weeks they had the key sitting there the whole two weeks no call. On picking it up two of the staff told me different things - one said it would need programming and the other said it was already programmed. On looking at the garage opener it was completely different to my previous, I mentioned this they said it’s all correct. On taking the garage key home it opens someone else’s garage. On calling regarding this they kept stating I had told them the wrong address, they then quoted the ‘incorrect’ address they were given - which was my exact address. They declined to refund me the money and had no concern I now had access to someone else’s garage.

What an effort and waste if time. Got the run around trying to get a quote for a roller door, they stuffed me around so much I thought, I just grab a quote from someone else. Exact same door and controller $1100 less.

Had water leaks in downstairs room during last week's storm (aaarrrgh!!) so rang Saddingtons in a flap to see if they had sandbags. Yes so went and picked them up, $6 each. Salesman very quiet whilst taking my money. Found out later that sandbags can be picked up for free from SES during emergencies. My fault for not asking around? yes probably.

Rang to get a quote on repairing a remote controlled garage door. Appointment made then they cancelled and rescheduled. Rescheduled appointment (and 2 further ones) not honoured. Bloody hopeless. I went elsewhere. Don’t waste your time.
