Hired RGB to do our bond clean (recommended by our real estate). Paid over $800 and the morning it was meant to happen, my husband got a phone call to say we're not doing it. We went and had a look, they'd made a start, even pulled out the air con filters, then just used the excuse of "it's to messy" so they don't have to finish. I called my neighbour in and even she said there's nothing wrong with the way we'd left it. It's just dusty!

Very poor clean. Had to go back to fix and even then was still firstly. Floors not even touched, skirtings not wiped, finger marks on stainless not cleaned, basin not even washed out. Haven’t responded to correspondence. Would not recommend.

Quote received for house cleaning including specific request for removal of mould from ceiling and walls and cleaning of internal screens. None of these were cleaned at all. Basic cleaning done ok, with some areas missed. Phone calls and emails to discuss concerns regarding non performance of work have all gone unanswered. Payment was requested upfront and paid. Lesson learnt.

Paid $700 for a bond clean. The floors were filthy. The back door to the house was left open. The lights & skirting boards were not all cleaned. Would absolutely not recommended.

We have used RGB Facilities cleaning several times for preparing out rental unit for new tenants. They do a marvelous job and the little extra touches make the unit warm and friendly. We plan to use them next time.

I used RGB for my bond clean and had no problems at all getting my bond back, their staff were friendly, the process was easy, they cleaned it so well I wanted to move back in.
