I would stand clear of this company Qld RV and A-Van in particular. I would not recommend or buy another van which is manufactured or sold by A-Van or buy another van from Qld RV, as the after sale service is despicable, slow and shoddy. Qld RV is the dealer and the recommended repairer for A-Van. They do not take responsibility for manufacturer's faults but deflect all faults back onto the consumer even when it is proved to be a manufacturer's fault. My van has had the same problem 3 times and each time they have been reluctant to accept responsibility and when they have fixed the broken cable, it has taken months. I am extremely unhappy with the service of these companies. A campervan is not a cheap item to purchase, especially new and when I have said it's a lemon, the response is on the defensive from the salesman. Yet again, not taking responsibility and looking at the facts but lying about scenarios to get out of doing the job. Bad form!
