An awesome experience at powermax Lismore, the staff were so helpful they were patient and knowledgable, I didn't feel like the digital dinosaur that I am. They repaired my Mac on warranty and I would see them again for all my computer. Huge thanks.

But the team the store have at the moment, with , some nice regulars faces BUT A few new girls , that are excellent knowledgeable helpful kind and incredibly talented. Could not have been more impressed with the service I received. I had a significant problem with my iPhone. Also, being an elderly and far from tech. savvy person, it was most reassuring to have questions answered and problems resolved in a very positive and helpful manner. Kurt was a most patient and friendly staff member who went above and beyond in helping me out. This experience surpassed earlier dealings with more slick and showy Apple stores. Well done PowerMax......I would be more than happy to recommend their service and staff.
