From the quick initial phone call response to my online query, Gavin is honest (didn’t try to go ahead and sell a mice/rat treatment if not needed as I was unsure) and he is knowledgeable (was able to identify a fungal concern and not termites on certain locations). He didn’t waste time, he’s friendly, approachable and professional and prompt in both answering queries and providing a service. Highly recommend and will be utilising his services again in the future.
