My husband and I recently finally got around to upgrading our prescription glasses and we chose The Optical Superstore because they are Australian owned & operated and our last experience with a local optometrist was not overly pleasing. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We noticed that was the case for all the customers who came into the store whilst we were there. The Optometrist was also very knowledgeable and friendly. This is what good customer service should be. Congratulations, and we have recommended you to our friends and family.
